Jacaranda Season

IMG_2590

It used to be that when the purple trees exploded along Indian Hill Blvd, you knew that it was early June. This year, the jacaranda blooms started peeking out in late April. I kept waiting for the trees to look like grape lollipops to get some good pictures, but it hasn’t happened yet – there is too much green mingled with the purple to get that look.
